Some friends of mine were among the recipients of the Latin Business Hawaii Scholarship this weekend. The scholarship was awarded to those who excelled in academics and showed great pride in the Hispanic cultures.

My friends Olu Bicoy, Rubén Cruz and Jessica de la Paz, are all graduate students and instructors at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. They were ecstatic to receive their well-deserved scholarships this Saturday. We're proud of you all!
