I browsed through that $4 book sale at the Victoria Ward Centre Borders yesterday - didn't find much, it was mostly teen literature and children's books. Upon leaving, I knocked down a display of business cards going down the stairs. After picking up all 300 cards (and putting them back nicely), I noticed a mini-exhibit by some local artists/photographers. How cool! I love local art! They call themselves the
Department of Public Works. I believe their exhibit will be up until the end of July.
Aside from my art discoveries, I decided I need to start being a little more focused. I gotta get some things done: apply for another grad student loan, buy textbooks and get my car serviced. God where has the summer gone?
